The Michelin Guide serves as a series of guide books for travelers and gourmet detectives. Originally the Michelin guide was printed in blue until the 1930s. Currently, these guide books are printed in two different colors such as, red or green. Each one has a different meaning and serves their own purpose. The Michelin guide is the oldest European reference guide for hotels and restaurants.
